Postal Explorer (pe.usps.com) is an easy-to-use Web site that provides a comprehensive collection of business mailing tools, many used by nonprofit organizations, including Publication 417. On Postal Explorer, you can do the following:

  1. Get the most up-to-date mailing information.
  2. Access the QSG.
  3. Read the DMM Advisory message board.
  4. Access nonprofit postage statements and forms.
  5. Calculate nonprofit postage prices.
  6. Use the USPS Marketing Mail eligibility decision tree.
