There is a flat–rate envelope option — $9.95 for Canada and Mexico, and $11.95 for all other countries. There is a 4–pound weight limit for the Priority Mail International flat–rate envelope. Insurance coverage is not available. Registered Mail™ service is available at the mailer’s option.
Correspondence, business documents, and printed matter may be mailed in the Priority Mail International flat–rate envelope. Flat–rate items receive priority handling within the Postal Service and the postal service of the destination country. Senders pay flat–rate postage by placing their contents into a Priority Mail flat-rate envelope furnished by the Postal Service.
