1.0 Preparation for Standard Post

1.1 Basic Preparation

There are no presort, sacking, or labeling standards for Standard Post pieces.

1.2 Delivery and Return Addresses

All Standard Post pieces must bear both a delivery address and the sender’s return address.

1.3 Basic Markings

[6-2-14] The basic required marking—“Standard Post”—must be printed on each piece in the postage area, or it may be printed on the shipping address label according to the standards in 102.3.4.
