570 Consular and Commercial Invoices

Many countries require special documents to be prepared by the sender and to be either presented by the addressee or enclosed within the package. In some cases, certification by a recognized Chamber of Commerce in the United States, or legalization by a consulate in the country of destination, or both, are required.
