UPDATE 256: International Mail Service Updates Related to COVID-19
On January 12, 2023, Israel Postal Company, the designated operator of Israel, provided notification that the mail distribution and collection (letter-post, parcel-post and EMS items) health-related restrictions are no longer subject to interruptions and delays.
Today, January 13, 2023, Macao Post, the People’s Republic of China’s designated operator for Macao, provided notification that the letter-post, advice notes for parcel-post, and EMS items delivery delays associated to COVID-19 and the ensuing human resources arrangements has improved and all postal operations have returned to normal.
Unless otherwise noted, service updates to a particular country do not affect delivery of military and diplomatic mail.
This service update affects Priority Mail Express International® (PMEI), Priority Mail International® (PMI), First-Class Mail International® (FCMI), First-Class Package International Service® (FCPIS®), International Priority Airmail® (IPA®), International Surface Air Lift® (ISAL®), and M-Bag® items.
