IMb™ Services Update

Facility Access and Shipment Tracking (FAST^®) Release 16.0 originally scheduled for deployment March 6, 2011, will now be deployed to the Production environment effective Sunday, April 17, 2011. Updated FAST User Guides and Release Notes for FAST 16.0 are posted on the FAST website (Resources/Reference Documents section) and RIBBS^® website.

Please be advised that the FAST Production system will not be available from 4 a.m. through 8 a.m. (CDT) on Sunday, April 17, 2011. FAST Release 16.0 will deploy to the Test Environment for Mailers (TEM) on Monday, April 18, 2011. The FAST TEM system will not be available from 8 a.m. through 12 Noon (CDT) on Monday, April 18, 2011.
