Termination of Priority Mail Express International Money-Back Guarantee for Thailand

Effective February 12, 2026, the money-back guarantee service will no longer be available for Priority Mail Express International^® items destined for Thailand.

The Postal Service will update the International Mail Manual and Individual Country Listing for Thailand in the upcoming Postal Bulletin.
