Changes Announced for USPS Package Intercept^® Online Version

Effective Wednesday, August 8, 2018, the USPS Package Intercept^® online version will no longer allow the option to redirect a package to a different domestic address; only the options for Return to Sender^® or Hold for Pick-up will be available. USPS Package Intercept commercial version remains unchanged. Commercial customers are welcome to utilize this redirect option by establishing access via the Business Customer Gateway.
