Changes to the USPS Delivery Instructions™ Feature
The Postal Service™ offers the USPS Delivery Instructions™ feature when mailers track a parcel on usps.com. Delivery Instructions allow for the recipient to provide a specific location where the parcel will be left, including “Leave at the original address, but at a specific location,” and “Leave with a neighbor”.
Effective Friday August 31, 2018, the Delivery Instruction “Send to a different domestic address” will no longer be available.
