1.0 Preparation for USPS Retail Ground
There are no presort, sacking, or labeling standards for USPS Retail Ground pieces.
All USPS Retail Ground pieces must bear both a delivery address and the sender’s return address.
The basic required marking—“USPS Retail Ground”—must be printed on each piece in the postage area, or it may be printed on the shipping address label according to the standards in 102.3.4.
