UPDATE 188: International Mail Service Updates Related to COVID-19
On August 5, 2021, Macao Post, the designated operator of Macao, provided notification that due to high risk of a local COVID-19 outbreak, the Macao Special Administrative Region has entered a state of immediate prevention effective Tuesday, August 3, 2021. Certain districts and locations in Macao are locked down, which will affect the delivery of letter-post and EMS items until further notice.
Unless otherwise noted, service updates to a particular country do not affect delivery of military and diplomatic mail.
This service update affects Priority Mail Express International® (PMEI), Priority Mail International® (PMI), First-Class Mail International® (FCMI), First-Class Package International Service® (FCPIS®), International Priority Airmail® (IPA®), International Surface Air Lift® (ISAL®), and M-Bag® items.
