UPDATE 192: International Mail Service Updates Related to COVID-19

On August 24, 2021, VNPost, the designated operator of Vietnam, provided notification that the Vietnam Government has announced a strict lockdown on Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang City until further notice. During this period, the delivery of inbound items will be expected to be delayed especially for the lockdown areas (Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang City).

Unless otherwise noted, service updates to a particular country do not affect delivery of military and diplomatic mail.

This service update affects Priority Mail Express International^® (PMEI), Priority Mail International^® (PMI), First-Class Mail International^® (FCMI), First-Class Package International Service^® (FCPIS^®), International Priority Airmail^® (IPA^®), International Surface Air Lift^® (ISAL^®), and M-Bag^® items.
