Priority Mail Express International Guarantee Resumption to Certain Countries effective November 1, 2024

Effective November 1, 2024, the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) will be resuming the guarantee on Priority Mail Express International (PMEI) destined for the following countries:

• Australia
• Canada
• China
• France
• Hong Kong
• Japan
• Korea
• Spain
• Thailand

The previous temporary suspensions of the guarantee on Priority Mail Express International are still in effect for the following countries:

• Israel, New Zealand, and Singapore, effective since October 25, 2021
• Great Britain, Sweden, and Switzerland, effective since March 23, 2020.
