NEW Service Type IDs for Periodicals with Alternative Addressing Effective February 23, 2019

Periodicals publishers who mail alternative address pieces (Or Current Resident / Occupant) will be able to opt-out of receiving address correction notifications when pieces are undeliverable-as-addressed. Periodicals with the occupant or exceptional address format that are undeliverable due to a vacancy or an invalid address will not generate an ACS or PS Form 3579 undeliverable notice when the new STID is used in the IMb.
