[7-9-23] The following standards apply to retail single-piece First-Class Mail and USPS Ground Advantage — Retail:

  1. [7-9-23] Each piece of First-Class Mail or USPS Ground Advantage — Retail mail must have a delivery address but is not required to bear a price marking.
  2. There are no sorting requirements for retail single-piece First-Class Mail or First-Class Package Service — Retail.
